Thyreophora is a group of armoured Dinosaurs, part of the Ornitischia.

*Scutellosaurus has no actual family. He is the first thyreophoran despite not being part of the groups listed above.

They lived from the Triassic to the Cretaceous (229-65 Mya).

Trivia

• The Stegosaurs are the only thyreophorans that did not survive until the great extinction, since they died out 135 Mya.
