Um, I hate to break it up to you my friend. But this "Sphenacodon" Looks kind of like the Fictional Dinosaur called the Rhedosaurus from The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms & possibly the same thing yet different looking clammed to be Megalosaurus from When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth. If I heard Ray Harryhausen correctly of The head of the Beast, It had a Head like a Tyrannosaurus Rex. As for the Creture from When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth, it looked like a fictional 4 legged T.Rex to me.
"Specieless Dinosaurs" Never heard such a thing. Fictional ones yes. Specieless, not likely & no such thing. Oh & by the way, I ask you again to help me with these new images I thought of for this wiki.
I found new images for Dinopedia. See if you can edit them on their profile galleries. The truth is I'm not Good at putting in clear pictures. See what you can do. But I could edit in their descriptions later.
Oh, Oh yeah! I still have a VHS of Dink, the Little Dinosaur The Sky is falling which was where the episode "Encounter At Flatrock" was in. So, Cornelius is a Hypacrosaurus? That explains that head crest look. "Very different from Amber the Corythsaurus who's one of Dink's friends." Anyway, Right I remember. Cornelius was the one that Dink was having a race with. Dink tried his Front leg high leap move, But Cornelius won. Well on the bright side, Cornelius did say this to Dink. "Cornelius: Well, You know where to find me if you want a rematch."
Where did you get the information for the 1988 Definitely Dinosaurs promo series. I cannot find any pictures of them in boxes to verify whether they were blister packs or kid's meal toys. I know some of them exist because I have found pictures of them. Many of the others listed as 1988 were not from that year. It looks like Playskool reused the molds with the same date stamps. I've opened 2 of the 1996 series and they were stamped 1988.
I'm pretty sure that they are stated to be Ludodactylus because they have both crests and teeth, something that Pteranadon didn't have but Ludodactlyus did. As for the others, I'm not sure. If you think we should remove them, we could take them off of their species pages.
