Eucnemesaurus is an extinct genus of saurischian dinosaur from the Lower Elliot Formation of South Africa. The type species, Eucnemesaurus fortis, was named from a single maxilla. Many artists depict Eucnemesaurus as theropod in origin, although it may be sauropodomorph or herrerasaurian in origin.[1]
