Eucladoceros or bush-antlered deer is a Cervid Artiodactyl from Pliocene to Pleistocene Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Eucladoceros was a large deer, reaching 2.5 metres in body length and standing about 1.8 metres tall at the shoulder, only slightly smaller than a modern moose. It had a spectacular set of antlers which split into twelve tines per pedicle, and were up to 1.7 metres wide.

In the Media Edit

Eucladoceros appeared in the 2006 film Ice Age: The Meltdown. However, it is only referred to as a "elk" in the film. True elks don't have a horn on its snout as shown in the films.

Eucladoceros is featured in Zoo Tycoon 2: Extinct Animals. However, it is only referred to as a "Bush-antlered Deer" in game.
