Erketu (named after a Mongolian deity) is a Primitive Macronarian from Early Cretaceous Mongolia.  It is known for having one of the longest necks of any sauropods, at about twice the length of its body, only being outclassed by a few species, such as Mamenchisaurus. It was a possible relative of Euhelopus. It was discovered in 2006.
